These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all software products, AI tools, automation services, and custom projects provided by Nordflow. By using our services you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals only.
Nordflow provides B2B software solutions including pre-built software products, custom development projects, AI agents, and automation workflows. Specific terms for individual products may be provided separately at the point of purchase.
To access our services you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. For EU business customers, VAT reverse charge applies - you are responsible for accounting for VAT in your jurisdiction. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until that date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@nordflow.studio within 14 days. For custom project work, refund conditions are agreed in writing prior to commencement.
You agree not to use our services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or resell our services without written permission.
All software and materials we provide remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
We treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordflow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gdańsk, Poland.
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
